Project Spotlight: Gorski Construction World Headquarters

In the spring of 2002, Gorski Construction Co., Inc. broke ground at #1 Iron Bridge Drive for our new world headquarters.  The stunning brick facade is only a hint of the dramatic spaces contained within the 12,000 square foot structure, which houses Gorski Construction's project engineering staff, as well as workstations for project superintendents.  Please click on the thumbnails to see larger images.

The building structure is a pre-engineered steel system by Butler Manufacturing and features the fine craftsmanship of many trades.  The new facility is the recipient of the prestigious 2003 SEPA ABC Award of Excellence and the ABC National Award of Excellence First Place Eagle.  (see Gorski News Item)

The New World Headquarters is the flagship building for the expansion of the Iron Bridge Corporate Center, presently under construction.  Ten industrial lots are currently available adjacent to the building.

The lower level of this facility (up to 6,000 square feet) is currently available for rent and can be fit out to suit.  Please contact us with any inquiries.
